FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes you can cancel your sketchbook subscription any time you like. Log into our website with your login details Click your name in the top right hand corner. A list will drop down. You can click on my subscriptions. Choose the subscription and you can cancel there. This will stop any further payments from your paypal account.

To access you paid individual classes ( non Subscription ), you will need to log in to the site with your email and password. Click the dropdown arrow at your email in the top right hand corner of the page and you will see a link to "MY PROGRAMS," Click that link and any classes that are single paid for classes will show up there.

Classes are a one off fee that are not part of the subscription. You are charged once for the class and there will be no further payement. You work through the videos and instructions at your own pace. They are found under My Programs after you log into the site. Sketchbook Subscription is a monthly cost. It is a Zoom classroom where you join Lucy and Jolene each month for at least 2 zoom classes. You will be sent all details as long as you remain subscribed. All Zoom classes are recorded and you will receive a link that lasts 7 days. Gezellig is an 8 week retreat that runs July ands August 2022. It is held in a private Facebook group and you have as long as you like to complete tasks. It is also a one off cost.

You can navigate to the website on your phone web browser, or use the Wix Spaces app avaiable on the app store for both android and ios. The access to the classes works in the same way as it deos on the Classes on my computer above. Please note that the classes are recomended to be viewed on a tablet or a computer for the full visual effect.
